REQUIRED PET VACCINATION RECORDS

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella

Cats: Rabies, Distemper Combo, Feline Leukemia vaccination or a current negative test

• All pets must also be on a flea & tick prevention program.
• We must have a current proof of vaccinations from your vet. For your convenience, please fax the records to us at

• We accept non-neutered and non-spayed dogs for boarding as long as the females are not in heat.
• All day camp participants over 6 months of age must be neutered and spayed.

Reservation Requirements

• All new clientele will be charged a non-refundable processing fee equal to the first nights stay. Regardless of reason for cancelation, the entire reserved stay will be charged if canceled or 'no show' within 72 hours of check in. Fee will be applied to first nights stay.

Foods and Treats

• We provide Black Gold food and treats.
• If your pet has a special diet or food allergies please bring their food prepackaged and labeled for each meal in zip lock bags.

* if your pet is fed food other than canned or dry there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per feeding.

 

Medicine

• We will insure that your pet receives the necessary medications topically, by mouth, or by injection. The fee for distribution of medications is $1.00 per day for topical or by mouth and $5.00 a day for injections.

 

Bedding

• Guests are welcome to bring a towel on sheepskin no larger than 2'x3'or t- shirt from home.
• We provide a comfortable raised Koranda Beds for every dog.
• However, we do not accept pillow or padded bedding.

 

Bathing

• We recommend a bath for your dog before they go home. Remember they will be playing outside, inside, and very often.

 

Cancellation Policy

• We require a 48 hour notice for a cancelled reservation or one night will be charged.
• For holiday reservations, a 72 hour notice is required or entire stay will be charged.
